Ingredients/Components
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- cans vegetables, drained - 2 item
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- margarine - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix all ingredients, except Ritz crackers and margarine. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers and melted margarine. Bake 20 to 30 minutes in a 350° oven.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
