Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- cans mixed vegetables - 2 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
- cheese, shredded - 1 c
- can water chestnuts, sliced - 1 item
- Cheez-Its cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Melt butter; pour over cracker crumbs. Set aside. Mix remaining ingredients well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Sprinkle cracker mixture on top; return to oven for 10 minutes more.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
