Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- can water chestnuts - 1 oz
- onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- frozen vegetables - 1 pkg
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables and drain. Add onion, mayonnaise, cheese and drained water chestnuts. Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine. Put on top of the casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
