Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- crushed Ritz crackers
- can chopped water chestnuts - 1 item
- Veg-All, drained - 2 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Melt butter. Mix with crushed crackers. Mix veggies, chestnuts, mayonnaise, onions and grated cheese. Pour into casserole. Top with cracker mixture. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
