Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • Topping:1/2 stick butter
  • large sweet potatoes, cooked and smashed - 3 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 stick butter1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans Topping: Melt and mix together.

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool slightly. Then pour on topping and bake until bubbly.
