Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can French-style green beans - 1 item
- tube Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- can white Shoe Peg corn - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Drain and layer vegetables in order given in a baking dish. Combine soup, sour cream, onion and cheese. Spread over layered vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with Ritz crackers, mixed with melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
