Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 item
- chopped water chestnuts - 1 c
- Cajun seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- roll Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with crackers, which have been mixed with melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
