- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- melted butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- Minute rice
- slices canned pineapple - 4 item
- servings ham slices - 4 item
How to make upside-down ham casserole:
Combine the brown sugar with melted butter; pour into a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Cover bottom of pan with pineapple and ham. Place pan in heated oven at 400° while preparing rice mixture.
