Twice baked potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- chives - 1 tsp
- grated cheese of choice - 1 c
- dried chervil - 1/4 tsp
- baked hot potatoes - 8 item
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Cut tops off potatoes and scoop out the centers. Mash. Stir butter, sour cream, herbs and seasonings into mashed potatoes.Restuff the potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake in oven until heated through and cheese is melted.
