- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- chives - 1/3 c
- medium potatoes, boiled - 8 item
How to make party potatoes:
Boil potatoes until soft. Butter sides of casserole dish. Whip all ingredients, except paprika, together until smooth. Pour into casserole dish and top with sprinkle of chives and paprika. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. Eat!Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
