Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- pepper - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 8 item
- bacon bits - 1 item
- cheddar cheese - 1 c
- crushed chives - 2 Tbsp
How to make twice baked potatoes:
Cut potatoes in half long way. Place in 9 in. x 13 in. x 2 in. pan. Add 1/4 in. water in bottom of pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 400° for one hour. Remove and hull potato inside out of skin. Mix potato inside with remaining ingredients. Place mixture back into potato skins. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
