Ingredients/Components
- chopped fresh parsley - 2 3
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 2
- anchovy filets, chopped - 10 item
- can tuna in oil - 1 oz
- pear tomatoes, chopped - 1 lb
How to make tuna sauce for pasta:
Add parsley to tuna. Set aside. In skillet, add anchovies with oil and fry for a few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer. When most of liquid is absorbed, add tuna mixture, salt and pepper and cook 5 more minutes. Pour over hot cooked, drained pasta.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
