Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- large white onion - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- large can whole tomatoes - 1 item
- small green chili peppers fresh - 4 item
How to make salsa:
Chop up tomatoes and put with juice into bowl. Chop onion, garlic and bell peppers; add to tomatoes. For mild salsa, remove all seeds from chili peppers. Slice peppers and add. For hotter salsa, add a few seeds. Add salt and pepper. Do not cook. Place all ingredients in a quart Mason jar. Refrigerate.
