Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- cup cooked rice - 1 item
- small can Tuna or Salmon - 1 item
- eggs, whites and yolks beaten separately - 2 item
- cup buttered crumbs - 1/2 item
How to make tuna rice casserole:
Add to the cooked rice the fish, lemon juice, butter, and egg yolks which have been mixed together. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then fold in the egg whites which have been beaten stiff but not dry.
