Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • stiffly beaten egg whites - 2 item
  • can tuna - 1 item
  • can cream of celery soup - 1 item
  • instant minced onions - 2 tsp
  • rice - 3/4 c
  • pimento - 2 Tbsp
  • beaten egg yolks - 2 item

How to make tuna rice bake:

Break tuna in chunks; combine with half the soup, rice, milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, pimento and onions. Fold in egg whites. Turn into greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Cut in 6 squares. Serve with Parsley Sauce.

Heat remaining soup with 1/2 cup milk and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.
