  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • dark brown sugar - 1/2 1
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • canned tomatoes - 2 c
  • Tabasco - 1/4 tsp
  • loaf Pepperidge Farm very thin bread, crusts removed - 1 item

How to make tomato pudding:

Heat tomatoes for 5 minutes. Add butter, sugar and all seasonings. Mix well. Butter 2 quart casserole and fill with loosely torn pieces of bread. Pour tomato mixture over bread and mix well. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
