Ingredients/Components

  • to 8 tomatoes, seeded and chopped save the juice - 6 item
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 lb
  • minced basil leaves - 1/4 c
  • olive oil - 5 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make tomato pasta:

Mix all and let stand for one to ten hours. Toss with hot pasta. Serves 4.
