Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1 2
- Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- thinly sliced zucchini - 1 c
- dried basil - 1 tsp
- cooked green beans - 1 c
- diced plum tomatoes - 1 c
- cooked broccoli - 1 c
How to make pasta primavera:
Saute first 5 ingredients in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until done. Add Mozzarella to 1/2 pound cooked pasta. Add sauce. Serves 2.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
