Tomato pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- red wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- chopped cucumber - 1/2 c
- zucchini, chopped - 1/2 c
- fresh tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 6 item
How to make tomato pasta salad:
Cook pasta according to package directions, using minimum cooking time. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients; toss lightly. Chill several hours before serving. Yield: 8 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Pasta.
