- butter - 1/2 c
- pecans - 1 qt
How to make toasted pecans:
Melt butter. Add pecans and cook until warm and well coated. Spread on large baking sheet and toast for 10 to 15 minutes at 300° to 325°. Place on paper towels with newspaper underneath. While hot, salt and turn, and salt again.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
