Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/4 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- pecan halves - 2 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make toasted pecans:
Lightly beat 1 egg white. Add pecan halves; mix thoroughly with spoon until all pecans are coated. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Sprinkle over pecan halves; mix thoroughly.
