Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• chopped pecans - 1 c
• milk - 1/2 c
• water - 1 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• self-rising flour - 2 c
• box confectioners sugar - 1 item
• sticks margarine, melted in saucepan - 2 item
• In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon

How to make texas sheet cake:

Simmer margarine, cocoa, water and vanilla for a few seconds. In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Add oleo mixture. Beat in eggs and milk. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400°.Icing:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans1 box confectioners sugar Melt margarine in pan. Add cocoa, milk and vanilla. Stir in well the confectioners sugar. Add pecans. Spread on cake.
