Ingredients/Components
- sticks oleo - 2 item
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- flour - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Bring to a boil
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- nuts - 1 c
How to make texas sheet cake:
Melt the oleo, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Add the sugar, flour, salt, soda and vanilla. Mix the eggs and sour cream. Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake in large 9 x 13 cake pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour icing over cake at once.Icing:1 stick butter4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 c. nuts1 tsp. vanilla Mix the butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil.
