Texas sheet cake

Ingredients/Components

• sticks oleo - 2 item
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• water - 1 c
• sugar - 2 c
• flour - 2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• beaten eggs - 2 item
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• Bring to a boil
• milk - 6 Tbsp
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• nuts - 1 c

How to make texas sheet cake:

Melt the oleo, cocoa and water. Bring to a boil. Add the sugar, flour, salt, soda and vanilla. Mix the eggs and sour cream. Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake in large 9 x 13 cake pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Pour icing over cake at once.Icing:1 stick butter4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box powdered sugar1 c. nuts1 tsp. vanilla Mix the butter, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add the powdered sugar, nuts and vanilla.
