- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- flour plain - 2 c
- Bring to boil the margarine, water and cocoa; pour over the flour and sugar mixture
How to make chocolate cookie cake:
Sift flour, measure and resift with sugar, salt and cinnamon. Bring to boil the margarine, water and cocoa; pour over the flour and sugar mixture. Mix eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla together; add to first mixture. Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 40 minutes.Icing:1/2 c. margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box confectioners sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans1 tsp. vanilla Start cooking Icing last 5 minutes cake is baking.
