Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes
- sour cream 12 oz - 1 pt
- chopped onion or 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- or 2 c - 10 oz
How to make texas potatoes:
Defrost potatoes. Combine butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Mix and add potatoes. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Layer with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Oven.
