- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- hamburger - 2 lb
- rice - 1/2 c
- large pepper - 1 item
- small sliced onions - 2 item
How to make texas hash:
Mix solid tomatoes, rice and spices in bowl. Fry onions and bell pepper. Add hamburger, then tomatoes, rice and spices. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes in baking dish.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
