Chili rellenos casserole



  • flour - 4 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • cans evaporated milk - 2 oz
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1 lb
  • can jalapeno chilies, split - 1 oz

How to make chili rellenos casserole:

Grease bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan. Alternate layers of chilies and mixed cheeses. Begin and end with chilies. Mix flour with small amount of milk. Beat in eggs; add the rest of the milk and pour over all. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes, until firm. Let stand 10 minutes. Serves 10.
