Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pkg
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- sliced black olives - 1 c
- large tomato, diced - 1 item
- can refried beans - 1 item
- dry taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
- or 2 avocados - 1 item
- can diced drained chilies - 1 item
How to make tex-mex dip:
Mix beans with taco seasoning; spread on tray. Mash avocados with lemon juice and sour cream. Layer in order. Serve with corn chips, Doritos, tortillas or any kind of corn chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Tex Mex.
