Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped black olives - 3 oz
- chopped tomatoes - 2 c
- fresh lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- grated sharp cheese - 8 oz
- cans jalapeno bean dip - 2 item
- avocados depending on size - 3 item
How to make tex mex dip:
Mash the avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Set aside. Spread bean dip around large platter. Cover with avocado spread. Spread sour cream mixture over it. Sprinkle with onion, then tomatoes, then grated cheese and olives. Serve with taco chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, < 30 mins, Dips.
