Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 1/4
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- fresh lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- medium avocados - 3 item
- cans jalapeno bean dip - 2 1/2
- bunches green onions, sliced - 2 item
- Colby Longhorn cheese, grated - 8 oz
How to make tex-mex dip:
In a bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice, salt, pepper and Worcestershire. In another bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread bean dip in a 9 x 13-inch serving dish. Top with avocado mixture, then sour cream mixture. Layer onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese over the sour cream. Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Tex Mex.
