Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- water - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make teriyaki meatballs:
Mix soy sauce, water, sugar, onion, garlic salt and onion. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine beef and bread crumbs. Stir in soy sauce mixture. Shape into balls, these may be fondued, broiled or fried.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
