Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1 c
- cloves garlic, chopped fine - 2 item
- crushed ginger - 2 Tbsp
- ground sirloin, chuck or hamburger - 3 lb
How to make teriyaki meatballs:
Combine ground meat with rest of ingredients. Form in tiny balls, 1-inch across. Place in large roasting pan and bake, uncovered, at 275° for one hour. Makes about 100 meatballs.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
