Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 1 c
  • cloves garlic, chopped fine - 2 item
  • crushed ginger - 2 Tbsp
  • ground sirloin, chuck or hamburger - 3 lb

How to make teriyaki meatballs:

Combine ground meat with rest of ingredients. Form in tiny balls, 1-inch across. Place in large roasting pan and bake, uncovered, at 275° for one hour. Makes about 100 meatballs.
