Teriyaki marinade
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/4 c
- molasses - 1 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 c
How to make teriyaki marinade:
In a jar, combine all ingredients. Seal tightly and shake well. Best if made 1 night prior to use. Marinade will last up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.Shake well before using. Pour on steak, chicken or hambuger. Vegetables may be marinated for kabobs or used in stir-fry. Let meat or vegetables marinate for 1 to 2 hours, then prepare.
