Chicken in foil
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- paprika
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- chicken - 1 to
- red pepper - 1 tsp
How to make chicken in foil:
Mix all ingredients and heat to boiling (except chicken). Line a large, shallow pan with foil and grease, leaving foil so that it will fold over top of chicken. Place chicken on foil. Pour ingredients over chicken. Seal foil and bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Then reduce heat to 350°. Cool 1 hour. Do not open foil while cooking.Chicken as well as pork chops are excellent.
