Teriyaki chicken
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- ginger
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 8 item
- cooking sherry - 3 Tbsp
How to make teriyaki chicken:
Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken. Use a glass dish, not metal or plastic. Cover and place in refrigerator 2 hours. Remove chicken from marinade and cook on grill. Yields 8 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
