Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can Durkee fried onion rings - 1 item
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower - 1 item
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Reserve 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/2 cup onion rings. Combine all other ingredients. Bake in a Corning Ware dish at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with reserved cheese and onion rings. Bake 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
