- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- black pepper - 1/4 Tbsp
- Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can French fried onions - 1 item
- bag frozen vegetables - 1 (15
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Drain vegetables; then combine with 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 cup onions, soup, sour cream and pepper. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Cheese.
