How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Combine thawed vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream and 1/2 can French fried onions. Pour into a 1-quart casserole. Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake for 5 minutes.Microwave: Prepare as listed. Cook, covered, on high for 8 minutes. Top with cheese and onions and cook uncovered 1 minute on high.
