Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 2 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese
- finely crushed potato chips - 1/2 c
How to make cheese puffs:
Add beaten egg yolks and Worcestershire sauce to cheese. Combine with beaten egg whites and fold in crushed potato chips. Bake in 400° oven until puffed and brown. Serve at once.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
