- green bell pepper, sliced - 1 item
- can Italian stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- garlic salt to season - 1 item
- large round steak, tenderized - 1 item
How to make swiss steak:
Cut steak in 3 x 3-inch pieces. Rub meat with garlic salt and pepper. Brown steak in oil. When brown on each side, add onion, tomatoes, 1/2 can water, and green pepper strips. Simmer 30 minutes or until tender.Recipe categories: American, Main dish, North american.
