Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- envelope dry onion soup mix - 1 item
- A - 1 Tbsp
- can tomatoes, drained - 1 lb
- round steak - 2 lb
- juice from tomatoes - 1/2 c
How to make swiss steak:
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil. Place steak in pan. Add butter, onion soup and drained tomatoes on top of steak. Shake together in a jar the soup, salt, tomato juice, A.1. sauce and cornstarch.
