Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- cans cream of chicken soup undiluted - 6 3/4
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
- chicken breasts, boned and halved - 6 item
- slices Swiss cheese 4-inch square - 6 item
How to make swiss chicken:
Place chicken in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper. Top each breast with cheese slice; set aside. Combine soup and milk; stir until smooth. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
