Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 8 item
- water or milk - 1/2 c
- dry stuffing mix - 1 c
- apple juice or white grape juice - 1/4 c
How to make swiss chicken:
Place chicken in buttered dish. Cover each breast with cheese slice. Combine soup, water and juice. Pour over chicken; season to taste. Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken. Spray with vegetable spray or drizzle 3 tablespoons butter over. Bake at 350&Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
