Swiss cheese chicken
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- butter - 1/2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts, halved - 4 item
- slices of Swiss cheese - 1 item
How to make swiss cheese chicken:
Put chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan. Place thin slice of Swiss cheese on top of each piece of chicken. Mix together cream of celery soup and cream of chicken soup. Pour over chicken and cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Melt butter and pour over all. Bake at 250° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
