- pkg - 10 oz
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- stalks celery - 4 item
- large onion - 1 item
- large bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
- can Ro-Tel, diced - 1 item
How to make rotel chicken:
Cook and salt chicken. Keep broth. Let chicken cool, then cut into bite size pieces. Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in 3 tablespoons margarine. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. When done, combine all ingredients.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
