Sweet potato muffins

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/4 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• raisins, chopped - 1/4 c
• canned sweet potatoes, mashed

How to make sweet potato muffins:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease tins (do not use paper liners). Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Puree sweet potatoes and blend. Sift dry ingredients. Add nuts and raisins. Mix the 2 mixtures alternately with milk. Do not overmix. Fill tins completel
