  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick oleo, melted - 1/2 item
  • stick oleo - 1/3 item
  • Topping:1 c
  • boiled mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix well, pour into casserole and cover with topping.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. flour1/2 stick oleo, melted Mix and put on top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
