  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • butter or oleo - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • Topping:1 c

How to make sweet potato puff:

Beat all ingredients until fluffy.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. butter or oleo1 c. flour Mix with hands and spread on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until brown.
