  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • hot water - 4 tsp
  • pecans - 1 c
  • mashed, cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1 c. pecans1 stick butter4 tsp. hot water Mix all ingredients and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Topping: Mix flour and sugar in bowl. Stir in nuts. Add melted butter and water. Place on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
