- butter - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- raw potatoes, scrubbed and quartered number of potatoes optional - 1 item
How to make parmesan potatoes:
Preheat oven to 375°. Melt butter in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish in oven. Shake potatoes in half flour and half Parmesan cheese mixture. Place potatoes in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 375° for 60 minutes. Turn after first 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
